"I purchased a camera from this store on September 1st. I thought it was too good to be true to receive all of the extras for $968.00. The same camera with just 1 lens was $1299.00. I was looking around online and stumbled upon a website that brought me here. I was shocked and felt like I was going to throw up. I immediately called Shopsunshine this morning to cancel my order. I am just very reluctant about getting my refund in a timely manner. We will see how it goes. I was told in about 3 days by the 2nd representative and then told first of next week by the 1st. Shopsunshine, if you read this, I hope you will give me my refund in a timely manner. The quicker the better. You can email me at ****@****. I left positive feedback on EBay because I didn't run into anything negative.
As of today, I have emailed the company about 5 times and have been told 2-3 business days. It is Friday, September 5 and I still have not received any refund."
