"I tried to make a purchase with this online retailer and only received an automated order confirmation. Ordered Tues, sent two emails and left a voicemail. It is now Sunday with no communication. Terrible reseller. Does not communicate with customers!!! Beware!"

"FRAUD!!!
These stores will typically show up on all the pricing engines as the lowest price. This is their gimmick. These NY based electronics stores are fraudulently advertising their products!!! I went to this retailers website to order a camcorder. It shows the camcorder “In Stock”. I place my order online. I receive a confirmation email from them with the ironic message that they need me to call them to verify the order because of all the fraud they’ve been experiencing. They state in the email that it’s to verify the shipping info and item info. Then comes the hard sell of all the overpriced accessories! Then they try to sell the extended warranty. I politely say “No thank you” to all of the above. Then they say, do you want to buy the US Version of this camcorder, which includes the warranty. Nowhere on their site does it indicate that this is what they call an “International version” of the product. William at extension 276 even said that they were an authorized Sony Dealer. I checked with Sony and they weren’t!!! So, he tried to eventually sell me the “US Version” for $600. more than what they advertise. What a SCAM!!! Stay away from any NY based electronics stores! Don’t even try your luck because you’ll be out of a lot of money and time!"

"Placed order on June 10th. I only received one (automated) confirmation email that my order has been received. Called sales department on 6/15/04 to find out what the status of my order was. He walked me through checking the status on their website, which I already knew how to do, and he said that that was the status (Your order has been received and ready to be fulfilled). I asked for an ETA or where it was in the fulfillment process. He said he did not have access to that information. Poor customer service!!! Sent an email today, so I'll have to wait on their response!
As of 7/13/2004, I received all the products I ordered as promised. Spoke to Joe Kee who was very helpful and accomodating. Found out that one of the products ordered was not in stock and therefore my whole order was waiting for the out-of-stock item. I would definitely recommend this reseller to my friends."
