"Great. Used the live chat feature to obtain additional billing information. Product was delivered in 2 days. I did ask on live chat and after receiving product, sent a follow-up email requesting a corrected invoice(without sales tax). I still haven't received the corrected invoice. My business credit card was charged the corrected amount, however I must submit invoices to our finance department. UPDATE: Same day I wrote this comment, the corrected invoice was emailed to me. Thanks again and I will definitely visit this site again."
