"When I first tried Filterfast I received the wrong filter (not their fault) the original company that made them stopped making them in the exact size my unit took. However their customer support was friendly and quick about refunding the order, because of this when I found out the company that made a filter that was a close match to my old one, I went back to Filterfast to order through them. So in closing, their prices are about the same as everywhere else, but their customer service and speed at which they ship out their products is top notch."
