BUYER BEWARE
"I ordered a part online 9 days ago and now I get an email that my part is back-ordered. BUYER BEWARE when ordering from this mom and pop company. They don't carry most parts in their inventory. You may have to wait for them to get the part from the manufacturer, THEN reship it to you. Terry (owner) didn't seem to care much about their slow process. He blamed the delay on Husqvarna and their high volume of online orders taking time to fulfill."
