They Did Ok
"I am pleased with the product. But where they need to improve is in their shipping notification. I had to ask several times to get the shipping tracking number. When I received the second notice it was not displayed in such a way that it was easy to find as I scrolled through the email. Some effort on email layouts would let me give them a higher rating."
