Unorganized with little information
"Ordered a windscreen for my 2018 MT-09. Waited a month and still nothing. Had no tracking info. Called customer support and had to leave a msg. They did get back to me same day, which was ok. Didn't have the windscreen in stock, although it showed on the website as in stock. Still couldn't give me a definite answer on when or if they would be able to obtain one, so I cancelled my order. Still trying to find a decent windscreen for my bike."
