"Thier internal turn around time, 2 days, was poor. An order 2nd day shippment ordered monday will not arive till friday. nice prices, but if you need it soon, not the way to go to save a few bucks. if it is not a rush, then they are one of the best. ordered from them many times before, internal turnaround is never any good."

"looked on here and decided to be carefull and call and ask questions. told nothing extra. tried to place an order and found a 1 year comitment added on. was ok with the 1 year nad tried to ckeck on some of the other contractual stuff and could not find it on thier site. went to finish my order and was bumped to lost session and asked to call them directly"

"looked for a distributer on the east cost with a western digital 1200jb in stock with a good price. saw better prices on the west coast, but wanted it fast without having to pay through the nose for shipping. took 11 days for me to get it. i am 2 days away by ups ground. called and e-mailed several times and never got any good answers. ended up ordering another drive from googlegear after waiting a week and got the drive from outwest first. closer is not allways faster"

"bought the cheap memory because of a great price, the description even mentioned my chipset when saying to be careful about compatability. the computer recognised the memory fine, but i got a lot of page fault errors. i looked at the site to find that the conditions i had not read but agread to were not very buyer friendly. i followed the requirements to upgrade the memory and chose to go brand name. placed the first order 11-27 and received the uncompatable memory on 12-9. took the free shipping route. returned the uncompatable memory the next day by us first class mail. got the upgraded replacement memory on 12-27. memory is fine. i ended up paying what it would have cost me had i paid full list direct from the manufacturer. could have saved money and time shopping elseware. i should have been more carefull and read the terms that i was agreeing to. the terms would have made me more carefull, i hope. found this site after the first problem. would not have bought in the first place, but feel that buyaib followed thier terms. won't buy there again."
