Horrible customer experience
"Worst customer service ever. Called to order a trim kit for a microwave oven. They said they had it in stock. I placed the order. Within 24 hours I got an email that it was backordered from the manufacturer. 8 weeks later still no product. They I get an email that it was shipped but the tracking number is for a carrier I've never heard of who has no information on the order. A week later I get an email that it was delivered - except it wasn't. I call customer service. The guy says he needs to research it and he'll call me right back. Never calls. A week later I call to cancel the order. I order the same part from ABT.com. Get delivery in 5 days. Use ABT.com for appliance purchases. They do a great job caring for their customers."
