Vivid Seats Hides Delivery Date Until After Purchase
"I ordered tickets for an event in New York. I live in Texas. Vivid Seats waited until AFTER I made the purchase to disclose the fact that the seller was planning on overnighting the tickets to me right before the event. This means I wouldn't get the tickets until maybe the day before (when I am flying to New York) or possibly even the day of the event. That is obviously unworkable, but then you get the "no refunds ever" line from Vivid Seats.
There is LITERALLY NO EXCUSE for hiding the delivery date until after a purchase is made. I will never buy from Vivid Seats ever again."
