Very poor customer service and assistance
"Ordered a 5 foot fiber optic Christmas tree. Upon receiving the order, the quality of the tree was very poor. We returned it back to the company , well over a month ago, following return directions exactly. Still no refund. Upon calling the company, they show no receipt of the return. As we cannot find the tracking number, they refuse to give us a refund. As we are seniors, we don’t always remember where things are located. This is $136.00 they refuse to refund us. On a fixed income, money is valuable. We will never buy anything here again. Learned our costly lesson. Beware of this company, they don’t care."
