"Ordered a hard drive from Zipzoomfly based on their bottom line price, including a rebate. I've been monitoring the rebate status on their fullfillment company, status-now.com. Since mid-April it has been in "processing" status. Finally, in early July, I called status-now.com who indicated they were waiting on a confirmation from Zipzoomfly. On 7/19/10, I called ZZF and spoke with Jennifer. Despite having all the information she needed, she said she would have to call me back. Needless to say, I did not sit by the phone. On 7/29/10, I called ZZF again and spoke with Laurel. Same story--I'll get back to you. I called status-now again and asked if they would make a request for confirmation of my purchase. According to her, they send a listing of rebate applications to ZZF each week for confirmation. She also stated that last weeks confirmations that they received were for January!!! Bottom line is that if you are making a puchase from them based on price, with reliance on a rebate, AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE."
