Amazing, fast, courteous service
"Everything about my experience was top notch: from the initial phone call, when a technician patiently discussed my problem (dirty sensor/filter on Sony FS5) and the options, to the service quality, speed, and price. I needed a quick turnaround and Video One Repair got my camera back to me (out in Wisconsin) with extraordinary speed. The repair quality is excellent, and my camera (which I bought used) actually functions *better* than when I first purchases it (e.g., I no longer have to set the time/date every time I change the battery). Even with expedited shipping the price was incredibly reasonable. I happily give this company my highest recommendation, and it's great to know I've found a resource for my future needs."
