Pathetic
"I'm a entrepreneur tech/resseller of PC/laptops/smartphones and out of all the electronics I've worked with, Gateway's are worst in the world. I've ruined more HD's with them than anything, second in line are motherboards. I've never had a good experience with their products, whether it's a desktop, or a laptops. I'd be amazed if anything of theirs works. New or not"
