"Package arrived and I was ready to assemble the rack system. However, there were a lot of missing mounting hardware components, and importantly the instruction wasn’t included. I called the customer service. They only gave me a refund of $25 for missing mounting hardware components. I bought mounting hardware parts I needed, which a local hardware store charged me about $70. And For a missing instruction, they don’t have it and they offered me a YouTube video for assembly instruction, which isn’t related to the brand I bought. Anyways, I had to put a lot of effort and figured everything out on my own. I’m satisfied with the rack system I have now, but I wouldn’t depend on extremeterrian.com for customer service and resources."
