"I found part I needed easily, but ordered an additional part that I realized wasn't necessary. I realized my mistake when I got the order confirmation and tried to edit the order, after checking out and paying with Paypal. The process requires cancelling the first order, reordering and new payment, with a refund due on the initial order. Everything went as instructed. I had my order delivered in a timely manner, and received the refund the next day."

"In the process of checking online merchants that were authorized dealers for Epson Pro printers,I came across a link to PIS/PMS on Amazon.com.
Called them on the phone to get some more specific info and had a very delightful and educational experiance speaking to their very professional and knowledgeable rep, Maggie.
In addition to the great service, their prices were very competative, and far lower than anyone else on the printer itself. .
I wound up ordering a Printer and assorted supplies at the end of our conversation.
Epson is currently running several promotions and I received even greater discounts than their already low prices and I was also supplied with all the necessary documentation so I could take advantage of a substantial rebate from Epson, on the printer
The order has arrived in a timely manner and I couldn't be more pleased!"
