"I've been very happy with my experience at Racquetworld. I have ordered two racquets and a couple of gloves over the past 18 months or so. My newest racquet broke not long after I purchased it, maybe 9 or 10 matches in. I was disappointed in that but that isn't racquetworld's fault, but I was impressed with how RW worked with me to get my warranty replacement to me quickly and easily and how forthcoming they were with information while I waited for the racquet to be shipped from Head. Unfortunately, one of my strings on the warranty snapped after 4 or 5 matches. Again, not RW's fault. RW agreed to replace the strings for me at no charge since I had just gotten my racquet back. I shipped it to them on a Friday and it is already shipped back to me today, Wednesday the following week. So I'm disappointed in the manufacturer of my racquet and my strings, but very very happy with RW and how they've helped correct the issues as quickly and efficiently as possible."
