Complete indifference towards their customers. Take it or leave it attitude.
"As posted by another customer, TigerDirect canceled my order for an iPad Pro with no indication about the cancellation. No apology, no nothing. Nada. I bought an iPad Pro from them expecting delivery this week. I sold my 2018 iPad Pro to accrue funds to pay for my new unit. When I checked on delivery status, the order said it was pending review. When I checked back later on the website, it indicated that my order has been canceled. I contacted customer support about this through their email link, explaining that I had sold my own IPad Pro unit because of their offer. What I got back was a boiler plate, don’t give a damn type of response. I will never do business with this company again, and will delete my account. Amazon under Bezos puts customers first. this company clearly takes a different approach to customers. They clearly could care less."

On par with Amazon service, or even better. Now that's a high watermark.
"BH Photo service has been outstanding...responsive and helpful at every turn. Every time I think I might get a little kickback over some issue, it doesn't happen. These people have their business model taped. It is hard to believe that companies like this can contend with the likes of behemoths like Amazon and Apple. But they do, and then some. I highly recommend these people, and I rarely take the time to write reviews unless I feel strongly, one way or the other."

"I ordered eight 100% down pillows. Received eight 10% down pillows. Customer service was non-responsive to my e-mail. Their site has no phone number and no address. That should have been the tipoff for me.Oh, well. Amex will wake them up, but what a waste of time for everyone.12-24 update from midnight box:"We had contacted them before we even posted the deal to make sure that they were 100% down. The options I have were sent in the first email.Respectfully,Sarah "Blaming their vendor seems to be a recurring theme for Midnightbox. This isn't something that would tend to engender repeat business from satisfied customers. They must build this kind of indifference and neglect into their business model. And it netted the desired result..a credit from Amex to my account and a lost customer never to return!"

"I recently compared pricing on a WS Collection Urban 70 sink using Google. For what is an $800 sink, Homeclick had the competition beat by $200. Because of the large disparity in pricing, I was very concerned about buying two of these sinks from Homeclick.I noticed that the estimated delivery was seven to ten days, but proceeded knowing that I could contact my credit card company if things went awry. To my surprise and great pleasure, both sinks arrived drop-shipped from WS collections in perfect shape. I have to give Homeclick full marks!"
