Horrible Return Policy
"This company does not do anything for returning a product. They will not get back to you for weeks. Tell you that there is still a 30 day return period, even though you spend weeks trying to get a hold of them. You get no return label it is completely on you to return a product. Zero Zero customer service in everything about this process. There is no need for this kind of lack of service. There are plenty of other companies that sell the exact same products with way better service."
