"Because of an apparent glitch in product labeling (or label scanning) I received the wrong item. Adorama quickly made it right, and their sales and service folks were very thorough in their follow-up and follow-through. We all look for great products at great prices, which the company certainly offers. When we find service that goes above and beyond, that's terrific. Found it at Adorama! Oh, special kudos to Frank in sales and Marc in service (for follow-up above and beyond."

"Ordered several items. Free shipping. Arrived quickly and as ordered. Products as described, etc. Later, I had a rebate issue. I used online chat to find resolution. The rep was absolutely fantastic--understanding, understandable, concerned, professional, etc. Service behind the sale makes all the difference. I'd heartily recommend PC Connection, and encourage users to tap their online chat for help when needed."
