"For all of you who have been dissatisfied with A1 Wireless. Their customer service is in India, which is why they don't understand you, don't have much information, and can't really help you. The company that appears to be at the top of this pyramid is Inphonic who has offices several states and is headquarted in Washington, DC. You can may be able to pursue them through BBB and State Attorney General. Their website is www.inphonic.com which has their physical address on which to file complaints. Good luck!"
