"I had tumblers with our logo engraved on them shipped before Christmas. When they arrived, the quality of the print was not the same as my original order with Inkhead (before they merged companies). The print was not raised up and it had faint horizontal lines all throughout. After dealing with customer service, they quickly had another order shipped within a couple of days and delivered to me with express shipping to FL from California. I appreciate the effort to quickly fix issues when they arise. The new tumblers were perfect - print was nice and smooth and exactly like my last order with Inkhead. Thanks!"
