"Protection plan dropped without effort to notify. $112.35 later, I find I have no coverage. My wife's purse was stolen, and her credit card had to be cancelled. We missed updating the monthly billing with wirefly for the protection plan. They sent one email that looked just like a monthly billing, only the fine print said that we had 10 days to call them. I did not read it within 10 days. As soon as I noticed that I was not billed, the 13 day of the following month, they said that they cannot reinstate. They had my phone number, but never called. They did not try to contact us. They would not consider reinstating. They were glad to run off with 15 months worth of payments, and then drop me without reasonable notice. $112.35 later, I have no coverage."
