"The website isn't very user friendly. I have called the parts department several times trying to confirm the parts I have ordered and have never been able to get anyone on the phone. I have left messages for the parts department asking for a call back to confirm the parts will fit my truck, as well as to order additional parts that the diagrams show, but the part numbers do not work when entered."
