"I ordered a product 4 days ago. Today, I checked my account and 2 charges are made to my credit card for the same amount. Its been 4 days, 2 weekend and 2 business days. NO tracking number supplied. When asked, they stated that an employee when drive and hand deliver the product to the resident. Asked when should i expected it? Their response, in total, 2 weeks max! I asked if i can cancel, they responded no because the order has already been submitted in to the system. BUT, the product has yet to make it to deliver service. Wait! They just stated that the product will be driven by an employee and hand delivered!. Product is still at their location and sitting, I cant cancel, I get charged twice, not tracking info, Very poor business practice."
