"Placed and order with this company on Monday night after they were closed and paid the extra $$$ for 3-day shipping. Day 4 has arrived and haven't received my order yet. Chatted with Customer Service and they just kept telling me that UPS doesn't count the first day, so "if" the package arrives today (it is well past noon), it is still within the 3-days. Not sure how Tuesday through Friday is 3-days, but just kept getting the same response from the representative."
