Have sent emails to no avail. I am about to cancel the order and allow the nice people at Visa to get my money back from this company. I would not do business, ever again, with this company. I just called and talked to Tico (since brian NEVER got back to me) and cancelled my order. Tico said I would receive my refund in 5-7 days. Today is the 26th, we shall see. tvauthority (and brian) you are liars. My next step is to write www.panasonic.com and inform them of your lack of integrity. I'm betting the people at Panasonic take my complaint concerning your business practices very seriously. So much for your "Guaranteed Delivery Window**" Since products receiving our 5 Star Rating are partially selected for their availability, we decided to back it up. When you place your telephone order with TV Authority, you'll be given a delivery window for your purchase so you'll know exactly when it is arriving. Be late with my refund and you'll find out the full measure of my resolve. So much for internet deals."
