"I recently ordered from this company the same day I processed a bunch of other orders... Payday. I got all the other orders already (one came from the other side of the country). I got an immediate automated response from them and they authed my card as soon as I put the order through. Two days later my card was charged. I sent them a couple emails and made a few calls to their customer service. I have yet to get a response, its 9 days later. I have called at least twice a day at various times, I got busy for most of them, but failed to get someone from customer service. I feel that if your going to have an E-Store you should also respond with in a week to emails, and communicate to your customers. I checked this site before ordering and saw the three good ratings. With my current Exp. I figured it needed to be shared. Still Waiting...."
