NOT Vacations Made Easy
"1st time user..Made hotel & Busch Gardens Ticket Reservations..Hotel claimed VME reserved room for 2 people. They gave me one king size bed for 5 people. Called VME requested to speak to supervisor. She said it was my fault..I told them 2 people. Holiday week & no other rooms available. We reserved for 4 days. Was very upset. I know how many people were in my party. I had 5 tickets for park. April blamed me over and over. I asked her if they recorded conversations. She said yes..I wanted them to listen my conversation. April claimed she had no authority to compensate me. She was unhelpful and had no compassion for my situation. I would never use them again. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also they never sent me park tickets on e-mail or fax like they had promised."
