"I wish I would of read the reviews first. I am having a similar problem. I placed my order on 1-8-10 and still do not have it or a replacement.
I called discount pets to tell them I never received my $175 order. Someone by the name of AJ said I would have to get a claim number from the USPS and fax that claim number to them. I did that immediately. At first, I thought great, I received an email from someone named David stating that the shipment would be sent out. I even asked them to deliver the order to another address so that I would not have the same problem in case someone had taken it. I was very concerned because my order had needles and injectables with it. I hoped some kids did not get hold of it. I had even told others about what I thought at the time was great customer service. HA HA, I am still going round with them today, 2 months later. They charged my credit card and I still have no meds. Nobody was responding to my calls or emails until I got someone today to answer. But, that was not good. I got AJ again who now tells me I have to get a claim number on paper from USPS and fax to them. It was like starting at the beginning even though, I had an email from "David" they would reship. I asked for the Owner or supervisor and they gave me a Mike. Now I am totally confused and sent him all 8 emails and that does not count the numerous phone calls and fax. This has become a full time job with these guys. I think they just hope you get tired or forget.
