Ripped off
"I got ripped off. Paid for 8 12 packs zero sugar Dr Pepper. Never received and Walmart refuses to refund or replace. It is a policy because of the third party partner they have. I have filed with the BBB. Don't order from them. They steal your hard earned money!!"
