Bad Quality Chinese Furniture
"I had purchased a Bed from Home center at VR Punjab Mall in Mohali (Punjab) vide Bill No. 015121620002170 dated 20/08/2019.
The Bed was assembled by their staff. The supports fastened below the bed were not placed properly and/or had a manufacturing defect and could not handle the weight due to which the bed broke. The technician who visited to check the issue had acknowledged the fact that there was an issue in the fasteners which could not support the panel which had been placed on them. Their review team failed to analyze the issue and responded in a very negative way. I was a regular customer of Homecenter but this experience has been very disappointing. I'm attaching invoice copy and pictures of the same. This is not the kind of service that we expect from such a huge brand like Homecenter."
