"Beware of this company, terrible customer service. I ordered pajamas on 1/18/18. When they had not arrived by 1/30, I called Pajamagram. They said if it did not arrive the next day, to call back and they would send another pair. On 1/31, I called back. They promised to send another two-day priority. The second pajamas arrive 2/2 a.m.; the first pajamas arrived 2/2 p.m. They had told me previously to refuse whichever set arrived latest. I couldn't because UPS does not ring the door anymore. I tried to drop the second pair off at local UPS. They could not take it. Called UPS. They said I would have to paid. Called Pajamagram, Customer Service said there were no notes in my file. Said I would have to pay $7.99 to return. Manager was RUDE!!!"
