"Completely unethical site, impossible to get a refund from 3 days after buying membership. Extremely limited partner choices. I tried canceling membership 3 days after purchasing it and I was told people can only do it if they live in certain states (2 or 3 states). No cooling off period. I left very "positive" reviews on every possible site I could find. Filed complaints with BBB and Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. I contacted my bank and they will be opening a dispute trying to reverse this transaction. I encourage everyone who is not satisfied with eharmony policies and the way they treat their customers to do the same."
