glasses defective
"glasses did not work, video anyway, could take still pictures but no video. glasses were returned. RMA #26435-R still waiting for refund. felt customer service was slow and not responsive enough. took week to get an email response back?? when I was having difficulty with no functioning glasses. may have tried a replacement if service had been better. lost sale because of poor service. thanks Derek Todd"
