Very Poor Service
"Shipping is extremely slow. They say 6 days; atleast 3-4 of my orders were never shipped at all! The payment is kept in my box, but when I re-order, the same problem occurs.
This is a waste of my time trying to get good deals as they dont get shipped. 1 out of 5 pieces in an order get shipped.
Telephone does not reply. Voice Box is always full. Customer Service take weeks to actually reply!
However, we have to pay within 24hrs or we lose the auction. This is ridiculous. Maybe they should hire more people."
