"Absolutely the worst ticket buying experience I've ever had. Maybe the worst online purchase ever. Ordered the tickets in October, paid for them in October. I got the run-around about shipping and was give at least 3 different ship dates, none of which were correct. 3 days before the event the tix finally shipped, but no overnight...2 day, so I'm still running the risk of not getting them in time."
