"I did extensive research on the web regarding NICE, JOE's AV, and TV SUPERSTORE, I was lied to by Joes and TV Superstore blew me off, called back Nick at NICE, he took the time to explain Asia versus Mexico and compared product to Best Buy and others. He gave me factual info and was honest and open. Since I had already researched data, he was transparent and straight forward. I would have no problems going back to Nick for future purchases. He honored a discount that was gone and sent me emails with confirmation. Thanks Nick for being open and having integrity when your competition gives the internet companies a bad name. I feel you can trust Nick. Thank you"
