"I purchased a digital camera from this company back in August and I was very dissatisfied with my experience, I wrote a previous review on this. Now I find out that they sold me a "non-US" model and they state they advertised it as this. However, I purchased this over the phone with a rep. who knew I lived in the US and never made a mention of it. The Non-US model is incompatible with US computers so it makes the movie portion unusable. I did not know what the problem was at first. I finally called panasonic this week and was told I was sold a non-US model which should not be sold in the US. At first they did not respond to my request and said there was nothing they could do. But after filing a complaint the issue was resolved as follows: they promised to refund me the price of the camera, I will not receive a refund for the $25 in handling and insurance and I am responsible for the cost of return shipping."
