Worst Experience Ever
"I purchased a sofa back in 2019 with the promise that this service would take care of any issue with the mechanics (it is an automatic recliner). Of course, one of the parts failed so I contacted the company. They asked for all sort of details, pictures and even a video. Even thought they had all this information, they asked to send a technician which took another two weeks. Then, he visited and told me exactly what I described in the claim and mentioned that the part needed to be ordered (obviously). Then I didn't hear from him, the warranty company or anyone for that effect. I called a month after and was told that the technician report was not processed and that they would do it and order the part. I checked online and it was updated with this information. Since the part had not arrived I contacted again and was told that the technician never mentioned the exact part that needed to be replaced and for that reason they have not done it yet! It's been three months and I am still waiting!!!"
