Continuously promised and missed delivery dates - eventually did not provide product
"Promised delivery dates between one and 14 days. Almost three months later, I’m was still waiting for delivery. Only communication was “service is unavailable” no time line, no apology, no further explanation. I honestly doubt they’re ability to provide the service they promote."
