"BEWARE!! The worse customer service I ever experienced! I ordered 70 beads, and they sent me 51. They did a partial refund. I wrote them, and told them I need all the beads, and that they should have contacted me before sending a partial order. They told me my receipt said 51 beads. They changed my order w/out notifying me. I made another order, and was issued a refund on that because they are out of that particular bead, but there website doesn't tell you that. I wrote again, and asked for a prepaid shipping label because I don't need 51 beads, I needed 70 that I originally ordered. Jamie tried to explain to me that they do not notify customers when they are out of stock because customers take their time responding back to Beadcorp. Really?? She further went on to tell me that I was just like other customers in my response time, which was not quick enough. It was only a few days. Most businesses give you 30 days for a dispute. And even though I didn't get my full order I am still expected to pay shipping and to eat the initial shipping charges. You will need ample amount of time if your order is wrong. They will assume it is your fault, and will not work with you. I had no choice but to work things out with paypal."
