Do not use service department
"Took 2002 Honda GL1800 in to have the seals replaced in the front forks. Received a call stating the front brake pads had oil on them from the fluid leak so pads need to be replaced. Had to pay $780. Picked up the bike and drove 20 miles on the freeway. Front brake handle would not return to released position and rear brake pedal was soft. Rear tire locked up and would not roll. Called service department and they said they would make it right. They picked up the bike and took it back for repair. Received call from service department and they said rear brake rotor needs to be replaced and since there is no history of brake fluid being flushed every 2 years it will cost $1550. Have me over a barrel so I did not have a choice but to get it fixed. I would not recommend taking anything there to be worked on. What are the odds that bike is running good, just need seals replaced in forks, get it worked on and drive less than 20 miles and now bike locks up."
