"Ordered toner cartridges on 3-13-14. On 3-24-14 I called to see if I could get a status update on the order. I was told that he would follow up with the warehouse and call me back. I received no phone call. I called back again on 3-25-14 I was told by an additional person that they would communicate with the warehouse and call me with an update. I am now twelve days out from the date of purchase and still have no idea when my product is going to be shipped. I should have read the past rating prior to ordering from Cost Central."
