"I returned a purchase made from this company and was treated very poorly. The item came with free shipping and I paid for the return postage. The company deducted the original shipping charge from the credit and charged a 20% restocking fee even after the return was discussed with the customer service rep who assured me there would be no restocking fee. The customer service rep was slow to reply and the credit required numerous phone calls. Not what I would call an experience to instill confidence in a seller."
