Denise, We've gotten this complaint on replacement parts before. We listened and brought on FedEx. Because you did home delivery the cost is more. Shipping from UT to IN for a 32" long package coming in at $16.73 is actually a great rate. We offer UPS, FedEx and allow you to ship on your own accounts too. We try to offer everything we can to help.
