I feel bamboozled....
"Don't buy electronic parts from here. I googled a part (control board) I needed to try to fix my dishwasher and decided to go with GAP since it seemed like a reputable company (though some other places had the part cheaper). I saw a 365 day refund/return policy (that specifically is what made me choose them) and went ahead and ordered the part. Shipping was great, part looked good, but after trying it out it apparently was not the problem. When I went to the website to start the return process, I discovered that the 365 return/refund only applied to non-electronic items. It also mentioned an option to be able to return things if you paid a higher price, but this option was not on my item. Maybe one would think a 1-star rating isn't accurate since the return policy DOES state that you can't return electronic items, but this isn't made clear at all when you are actually purchasing the item - and it should be. I definitely would not have purchased from here if I knew that since I was troubleshooting and attempting to save money instead of lose it. I left a voicemail but have not heard back. So this is a "BUYER BEWARE" review to hopefully save another DIY person from losing money on a part that they have absolutely no use for if it doesn't solve the problem. I am apparently too used to Home Depot, Walmart, Amazon, etc. where you can buy with confidence, electronic or not..."
