"The products I ordered and received were great!!!.......excellent quality and shipping!!! The missing star is due to lack of communication. I was not informed that the order was received and waiting processing at all which made me very concerned. I initiated chat conversation (twice) because of this. If the order acknowledgement had been immediate and approximate delivery time had been given to me I would give them a five star rating. I spent too much time not knowing what was going on with my order or if they even received it. However, this was my first order with them and I WILL try again!"
