"I received a RC boat from these clowns. Prop shaft was not long enough and Banahobby deemed it a defective product and sent me a new one. The process I had to go through to get this done was: 50(literally) phone calls. About 45 of them got a busy tone and on the five that got through, I spent roughly 1-1/2 hours on hold. 10 emails sending back and forth with pictures. I finally received the replacement boat and surprise surprise: 1.) The decals look like a 3rd grader put them on(crooked, bubbles) 2.)The nipples that hold the shaft fall out after 15 seconds of running 3.) The holes weren’t aligned for the flag stick(would have to drill an extra hole) Called customer service again only to speak with a female who basically didn’t even know how a RC boat operates, more wasted time then I was disconnected while she checked with a technician. I have disputed the charge so now they will have Chase on their a**.
Bailey-your company sucks and you should find somewhere else to work because these guys will go out of business(I hope). Worst online purchase/experience I have ever made. How about a new slogan for your website: Banana Hobby- we will f*** you in the a** with this Banana."
