"Ordered on a Sunday evening; order was processed that same night. Item shipped on Monday morning; received on Wednesday same week.
Outstanding shipping and communications, e.g., UPS tracking number, etc.
Prices are not the lowest on the web, but they always have what I order in stock, process the order quickly, and ship efficiently and incredibly fast.
Will come back to them again and again. Love their free catalogs too!!"

"Absolutely no problems with this seller. Item ordered was out of stock at one store, but they were able to obtain the same product from another.
Salesman did call to "confirm" the order (sell additional products), but having worked in commission sales in a previous life, I understand how sales works: ABC (always be closing).
Item shipped on Friday that week; received Tuesday the following. Fast shipping, friendly service, and excellent prices. I would certainly shop with this retailer again."
